This indipendent country block is located 5 km (10 minutes) far from the most amazing sand beaches  of  the east coast of Sicily (Vendicari, Calamosca, Noto seashore, Eloro), 35 km from Siracuse and 1 km from Noto. The 30.000 sqm. property, on top of a hill has typical mediterranean plants, and a wonderfull view overlooking Noto and the sea shore . A place for people loving nature and quite, next to cultural-archeological and naturalistic areas (Vendicari Oasis) . The restored property was a middle age catch sight tower. On ground floor ( 40 sqm) there is a sitting and dining area with a large table,  one sofa, one sofa bed, one stereo cd unit , a small wardrobe and a fully fitted kitchen with electric owen and one bathroom with shower.  A staircase takes to a raised section with double bed a chest of drawers and from here a stone staircase takes to the wide stone terrace (100 sqm.) . Outside the house there is a pergola with garden furniture and a barbecue and one shower. The airconditioned property can accomodate up to 4 persons , using the sofa bed.
